No one has control over their genre quite like Tchami has over the recovering deep house genre. Singlehandedly bringing the groovy sound back to relevance, Tchami has been able to strike gold with remixes for MERCER‘s “Turn It Up” and Martin Garrix & Jay Hardway‘s “Wizard”. He now makes his solo debut on Spinnin’ Records with “Untrue,” a deep house tune that will be released on April 4.
Like most tracks from Tchami, “Untrue” is full of fantastic chill vibes that we don’t hear too much in all the big-room noisemakers that dominate the Beatport top charts. The bassline is funky and dynamic, but doesn’t try to blow you out of the room. Plus, the slow, flowing vocals create a fantastic top line for the track.
