Dash Berlin & Carita La Niña – Dragonfly [March 3 – Revealed Recordings]

Revealed Recordings has signed some big names throughout its tenure, but they probably have just signed their biggest yet. After treating the label boss’ hit “Apollo” to a fantastic 4 AM remix last year, the three-headed monster that is Dash Berlin hooked up with Carita La Niña to release a big collaboration on the label, titled “Dragonfly”. The track is a fantastic middle ground between the traditional trance sound of Dash Berlin, and the powerful house sound that Revealed Recordings embodies. “Dragonfly” will be released on March 3.

Trance fans have been attacking the sound of “Dragonfly,” but the song really demonstrates the versatility in production that both Dash Berlin and Carita La Niña are capable of. The first melody screams “TRANCE!” but the drop is where everything changes. A powerful kick with plenty of depth takes over, and the lead synth just might blow you out of your chair.

Once you can get over the fact that the song is not pure trance, it’s actually quite enjoyable. No sound is recycled, and every aspect of the production is on point. “Dragonfly” will be available for purchase on March 3. Until then, enjoy the preview!
