D-Rashid – Famous EP [February 24 – Mixmash Records]

Dutchman D-Rashid has delivered quite some various tunes in the past. He’s one of the Latin masters, but also shows he’s very capable with Electro House tracks. Think of huge tracks like ‘Vale La Pena 2K14’ (with Praia Del Sol) and his ‘Reborn EP’ with Blasterjaxx. He gained loads of support with these releases and he never let us down. Now he’s back with a new big EP on Mixmash Records. The ‘Famous EP’ will be released on the 24th of February.

The EP consists of 2 tracks, ‘Famous’ and ‘Check This Out’. We’ll start with ‘Famous’, that kicks off with a very strong and nice buildup. It has a strong melody and already booms before the climax is reached. When that moment is there, we hear some next level beats, supported by a little bleepy tune, a perfect way to start the EP. ‘Check This Out’ also starts with a very melodic buildup, that uses strong synths, which really improve the track. When the climax is reached, it’s all about excessive power and a really nice sound. Mixmash did more than well when they signed this EP!
