Tom Swoon & Lush & Simon – Ahead Of Us [March 10 – Ultra Records]

Progressive house is back and better than ever, especially now that fans are growing tired of the big-room sound. This big tune comes in from Tom Swoon and Lush & Simon, and is titled “Ahead Of Us”. The Polish solo artist hooked up with the Italian duo and the result has been signed to Ultra Records for release on March 10.

I have to start by saying I’ve always been in all of some of the productions from Tom Swoon and also by Lush & Simon. So, I was pretty excited to see that they ended up doing a collaboration. The first break is absolutely beautiful, featuring a great blend of real guitar and VST instruments as well. I’m not quite sure who the vocalist is, but he definitely kills it. The main chords make their way to the forefront, as the drop approaches. The result is exactly as one would expect: unique, and dynamic progressive house that fits no mold.
