Showtek & Ookay – Bouncer [March 24 – Skink]

Showtek is set to release the second song on their label Skink. This time they get help from a seemingly unlikely source, that of trap artists Ookay. The song, “Bouncer,” or as many used to know it as “Life Alert” is set to be released on March 24th.

When the song was known as “Life Alert” it was obviously Showtek behind it, it has their signature sound, but what was different was the fact that there was actually a trap drop, which is very uncharacteristic of the duo, but as more information developed, Ookay was the artists who emerged as the third mind. Although with “Bouncer,” Showtek & Ookay majorly switched up the melody, changed the vocal stab slightly, and hopefully retained the trap drop, this song could be one of the biggest in 2014. As I said, even though the melody was majorly changed, we know the drop will have the massive Showtek sound.
