Spring Awakening Lineup Announced

Spring Awakening is quickly becoming one of the premier festivals in the United States, and this year it may even rival some of Insomniac Event’s world famous festivals. The stacked lineup includes big name performers like Tiesto, Diplo, DJ Snake, Dillon Francis, Flux Pavilion, Eric Prydz, and Big Gigantic as well as some really great niche artists like Ookay, Green Velvet, and Moon Boots. This is also one of the first major festivals we’ve seen acts like Caked Up, DVBBS, and Blasterjaxx at so no matter what kind of music you’re into there’s going to be something for you.

Interestingly enough Chicago natives Krewella, Flosstradamus, and Erick Morillo are absent from the lineup. Considering they’re some of the biggest performers to ever come out of the city it’s a shame they aren’t going to be there. In all honesty I’d rather have those three in the lineup over Andy C, Derrick Carter, and Kap Slap who are great DJs in their own respect, but not exactly who I’d pick to play at a festival.
