Steve Jablonsky – Arrival to Earth (Robby East Remix)

Many people compare the fad of dubstep to the current trap craze: here one day, and gone the next. With that in mind, it has been a while since the last time I heard a quality dubstep song. Luckily, that streak has been broken by Robby East, a DJ/producer and self-proclaimed superhero from Amstelveen, in the Netherlands. Robby decided to take on one of the most popular songs from the Transformers movie, in the form of Steve Jablonsky‘s “Arrival to Earth”. The original was a classical piece, but has been taken in a completely different direction thanks the production skills of Robby East. The futuristic feel remains, and is combined with those typical dubstep nuances that really makes the track feel dynamic. From my point of view, this dubstep remix could have replaced the original classical version on the soundtrack, since the Transformers movie is about robots anyway.
