Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs. Born Loud – Check This Out [January 17 – Smash The House]

To jump 32 spots in the DJ Mag voting, you must have had a lot of success the past year. Success would be an understatement for Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, the duo from Belgium. They had 7 Beatport overall #1’s, and they clearly are not going to let their success make them lazy as the calendar flips across to 2014. They come together with Born Loud, formerly known as JunxterJack, on “Check This Out,” a loud electro song that has already been picked up by Hardwell, Danny Howard, and Sidney Samson. This track was first played on the radio more than 1 year ago, when it was played in Hardwell On Air 105.

Electro house is definitely these guys’ specialties. “Check This Out” is a strong collision between big-room basslines that Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are known for, and the screaming electro synths that brought Born Loud to stardom a few years back. This track has been rocking all of the sets played by Tomorrowland brothers in recent months, and is starting to get plays around the world. This song is destined for great success, and it definitely will not be a surprise to see it on top of the charts.
