Visionaire – Genesis

What can I tell you about this guy that you don’t already know? Visionaire is the epitome of “zero to hero,” as he has made the jump from obscurity to stardom in a time that feels like it was just overnight. Now, he’s playing on the same stage as guys like Cazzette, Jordy Dazz, and 3LAU. He has paved his way through a constant stream of new tracks, always available for free download. Visionaire brings a brand new banger to us listeners today, titled “Genesis”.

Along with the cool name, comes one of the coolest melodies I’ve heard from any producer. He advertises this melody as “trancey,” however I think it is better described as “phenomenal”. This melody leads straight into a trademark Visionaire buildup, featuring a chopped lead and pitchbent synths. A part that has become customary to all Visionaire originals is that sample right before the drop. This track features one that proclaims “raise the system, bass is hitting,” and gosh, is that bass hitting! You can always rely on some heavy big-room from this producer, and he provides once again.
