EDX is one of the best progressive house producers making music right now. His melodies are always amazing and in progressive house, the melody is hugely important. EDX’s “Hyped” definitely gets me excited.

The song has the amazing progressive house melody, but the drop is more electro house influenced. The drop is darker than the melody, which is standard in EDX’s music. The melody is where the song really picks up. It has amazing chords and is calm, yet exciting. The whole song has more of a house vibe, but it is amazing nontheless.
