La Fuente & 2 Faced Funks – Home Run [Mixmash Records]

Dutch producer La Fuente teamed up with masked Dutch duo 2 Faced Funks to release their collaboration “Home Run” on Mixmash Records. La Fuente’s most recent song “Fancy Fair” with SL8, was a huge hit, as was 2 Faced Funks “Blizzard/Wednesdays,” so it comes as no surprise that “Home Run” would be amazing.

Although “Home Run” has a similar sound to La Fuente’s previous work “Matador, it is still different in many ways. “Home Run” has a much calmer, progressive house melody, that leads into a huge big room drop. The big room sound isn’t something new from La Fuente, in fact he’s been doing it for a while now, but he always seems to outdo himself. The melody definitely has a lot of 2 Faced Funks influence, which compliments La Fuente’s sound very well.
