Uner’s “Four Consecutive” Out On Diynamic
Despite the title, “Four Consecutive” consists of two tracks. Both cut by Uner, and the second including Piek, a DJ/Producer out of Spain. Both tracks are rather minimalistic tech house, but both play well with futuristic synths and tight bass lines.
The lead off track, Undisclosed, is quite frenetic with long breaks leading to a smooth drop. While it isn’t necessarily the flashiest track, it has some very interestingly done chords over a driving drum beat and loosely-done cymbals. The drum track is quite interesting as the snares are constantly in use, furthering that frenetic sound but adding an interesting rhythmic element to the track. The second track, LFO (not to be confused with the three-man pop band “Lyte Funky Ones”), has some brutally low but interesting bass-heavy synths in them. I like the off-beat feel of the track and how spacious it is. Also, the use of light synths overtop adds a really good melodic element, while keeping that intense, dark feeling. The track stays at a pretty solid plateau, but is really well-done nonetheless. Both consistently good tracks, both great listens. Check them out.
