CLMD’s Remix Of “Falling” Out On Axtone Records
A while back, I previewed this track and was excited by the short snippet of sound I heard from the release. It seemed like a great progressive track with lots of energy and I was hoping that it would be a festival hit around the world. Now, the track is out and was it worth the wait? Read on to find out.
The tracks starts off small, with a hint of whats to come conveyed through reverb-heavy synths and a light drum beat. All of sudden, the kick booms through, foreshadowing the absolutely massive sounds to come. The high hat kicks in and furthers the track’s sound, driving it forward in a way that makes you excited to hear what’s next. Next, the vocals come in and while they are well produced, are rather weak and don’t really do all that much for the track. The whole time, CLMD’s remix is building and building. The tension rises, and it finally drops into massive progressive house that, while not going for a loud melody-heavy sound, still carries a lot of energy. After that point, the track stays at a relatively steady pace and doesn’t end up varying much at all. Still, it sounds great and through massive speakers must be absolutely wonderful to hear. A great remix, and definitely a festival-worthy track. Check it out.
