TomorrowWorld Madness Approaching!
With the madness that will be TomorrowWorld fast approaching, there are updates, announcements and confirmations flying left and right. The festival that united 180,000 music lovers this year in Boom, Belgium, is being brought to the Chatahooche Hills of Georgia September 27th-29th.
If the videos from this year’s TomorrowLand are any indication, then its US counterpart can be summed up in one word: intense.
The Beers, Belgian brothers Manu and Michiel who created the festivals, describe TW as, “more exciting than anything we ever dreamed of when we started years ago as young music lovers and entrepreneurs.”
“We see it as a big, fantastic and very unique opportunity,” they said in a statement. “It will be an enormous challenge and a big step for our young, creative and vibrant team.”
Boasting a lineup of over 300 of the world’s top and up-and-coming EDM acts, this event is sure to deliver. But what can you expect and how does this experience differ from any of the other festivals out there? For starters, you must be 21 to enter, which is a nice break from the 18+ crowd that Insomniac events cater to. Another is immersion. Rather then head back to your hotel after a long day of raging, the creators of TomorrowWorld want to keep the magic of the experience going and do so by setting up the Dreamville camp. From their website:
“Apart from everything you could expect from festival camping, DreamVille has some unique features! We have a marketplace with multiple shops, food vendors and experiences. Several community centers, wonderful activities and even our very own welcoming party, called “The Gathering”.”
With the recent announcement of the Q-Dance and Mad Decent stage lineups, TomorrowWorld will be able to accommodate any and all preferences in EDM and sub-genres.
Fortunately, tickets are still available and here’s the breakdown.
Full Madness $347 – These are general admission style tickets that give you access to the festival for all three days.
Full Madness + DreamVille Access $397 – These are general admission style tickets that include access to the festival for all three days and camping at DreamVille.
Single Day $127 – General admission single day passes are not eligible for DreamVille access and you cannot purchase camping. I’m not sure why you would only come for one day.
Plus many more options, but you have to act quickly, as TomorrowWorld is about a month away. Check them out and buy your tickets here.
As if you needed any further convincing to join the madness, just watch the official 2013 TomorrowWorld trailer and you’ll be sold. See you in September and be sure to look for the Dance Rebels crew!
