Kryder Previews Newest Single For Axtone, Titled “Aphrodite”

One of the strongest labels throughout 2013 has been that of former Swedish House Mafia member, Axwell. Axtone Records has seen great success through their use of both veteran and new artists, and not being afraid to blur the lines between genres. Axtone welcomes another new artist onto the roster for the release of their latest single. Kryder, known for his tracks “Vyper” and “Sending Out An S.O.S.” with Danny Howard, has joined forces with Axtone for the release of his newest single, titled “Aphrodite”. While the track first surfaced in February of this year as the opening song for Swedish House Mafia’s Black Tie Rave, it received its first official radio play on Danny Howard’s Dance Anthems show last weekend.

“Aphrodite” represents a return to a calmer, more tech-ier sound on Axtone. Kryder works his magic with a punchy bassline, combined with a simple looping piano melody. As the track hits the break, the melody grows louder, in a way that will give any dancefloor the shot of energy it needs. The tune builds again, before dropping back into that beautiful house bliss that we have been craving.
