Matisse & Sadko Remix The Aston Shuffle’s “Can’t Stop Now” On Spinnin Records
Russia’s progressive house ambassadors are back with another killer remix. Matisse & Sadko, the duo known for remixing “Beating Of My Heart” by M-3ox, “Unity” by Shinedown, and their recent single, “Stars,” have taken on the newest single from Australian group The Aston Shuffle, called “Can’t Stop Now”. You may recognize the name of The Aston Shuffle, as they rose to fame after Tommy Trash released his version of “Sunrise (Won’t Get Lost)” to great reception and support.
The vocals begin over a bed of emotional piano chords, and as the end, Matisse & Sadko use the piano as the main melody, along with a subtle snare beat. A voice with robot-FX on it begins to repeat the chorus and title of the song, “Can’t Stop Now,” as the track begins to enter its buildup. As the snare rolls, the energy continues to build higher and higher, until we are finally dropped into the progressive house euphoria we’ve come to know and love from Matisse & Sadko.
Spinnin’has not announced the release date yet for this remix, but it will probably come out along with the Special Features remix within a few weeks. For now, enjoy the preview, or listen to the original mix below.
