Laidback Luke Launches Mixmash Radio
Unflagging in his mission to champion new music, Laidback Luke has announced the launch of the new Mixmash Records radio show. The fresh weekly show launched on June 1 and is a re-incarnation of the widely respected Super You&Me show, and kicks off with a new podcast and will be aired on a host of stations internationally with more to be announced soon. Connecting fans across the globe, the show will provide a platform for the most upfront, exclusive and exciting music with Luke at the helm.
“I’m super excited that we are starting the podcast version of my radio show now and to be adding so many stations to the network. It’s the best of both worlds and means that the Mixmash Show is always available to my fans wherever they are whenever they want to listen to it.” – Laidback Luke
Each week will bring a new mix show, with the first week of the month being formatted as a fully presented radio show and made available as a podcast via iTunes. The last mix show of the month will be a Mixmash Exclusive version, allowing Luke to bring the focus solely on his brainchild.
A vast selection of radio stations are already signed up to broadcast the show including Ministry of Sound (UK), NRJ (Germany), NRJ (Belgium), Capital FM (Cyprus), Evolution Radio (USA), Dance Paradise Network (Brazil), Radio FG (Mexico), One FM (Switzerland), Raw FM (Australia), Metro FM (Australia) and Radio FG (France) with more to be announced in the coming weeks. The weekly podcast is available now and then every Monday following that.
Founded in 2004 by Laidback Luke, Mixmash has grown to become the go-to label for standout dance floor fillers. As it continues to grow at an accelerated pace, it has become an internationally renowned dance music titan. Priding itself on not allowing a single genre to define it, the first quarter of 2013 has already seen an eclectic array of releases from the likes of GTA, Rene Amesz, Henrix and Laidback Luke himself to name just a few.
