This 8 track compilation features wonderfully minimalistic, tech house, techno, and deep house from a personal favorite of mine Matthias Tanzmann. He has a very unique sound that pulls from all different genres of dance music over the years. That being said, each track has a groove that never fails to make you want to get up and dance. Take his remix of Rough Neck for example and listen for the sounds coming mainly out of your left speaker. Also, the percussive strikes on Apply To People. The bass line underneath it all in Sweet Lies. The tone of the organ in Four To The Floor. Yeah, that’s some great producing right there. It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes a truly great producer and Tanzmann’s tracks all show off that ability to make groovy, and incredible dance tracks. Definitely get this release.
