Get Enough is a very interesting release with three different takes on one track. The original and the Mark E Remix are both deep house, while the Mark E Future Doom track leans more toward tech. The original has an odd disco feel, yet is undeniably deep house. It also uses high, spacey synth leads for an out-of-this-world effect. Mark E’s first remix is a bit more melodic in its use of background chords. However, it still retains its deep house feel using that 122 BPM tempo, its minimalistic approach to dance, and its driving bass. It even has a smidgeon of a 16-bit feel, with its Wah-ed chords which adds an interesting element to say the least. Mark E’s Future Doom Remix is an intense, grooving, and odd (to say the least) take on the original. With looping, almost demonic vocals and its driving, very prominent bass it would, needless to say, put any club go-er in a confused trance. That isn’t to say however that the track is at all unpleasant to the ears as the sound design is top notch. It just takes a bit to get used to. Check it out!
