It is time for some new remixes! Steve Aoki collaborated with Lil Jon & Chiddy Bang to produce the track “Emergency”. It is a hardhitting track and as always, Lil Jon adds some screaming to it. Almost all the tracks with Lil Jon you can count on hard basslines and hard vocals, the same counts for this track.
A hard tracks deserves a hard remix and that’s just what Laidback Luke, Clockwork, Terravita, Villains & Evil Genius did for Ultra Records. Laidback Luke turned the track into a bleepy electro house banger. Keeping the vocals from Lil Jon on the right place. The track builds up nice and slowly and the climax slams in like a bomb! Another banger from the Dutch master!
Clockwork chose for quite a long intro, but does it make the track worse? Definitely not! You don’t realize the length of the intro and you get more and more eager to the drop. And that will not disappoint you.
Terravita went for a different approach. Using the vocals from Lil Jon to prepare for the drop, that has a nice melody and is quite uptempo. You can also hear some influences from dubstep, what makes the track varied.
Villains took the vocals of Chiddy Bang and made that the base for his remix. Building up the intensity by making the vocals faster and harder, you know the climax can’t be far away. When it drops, it tears your speakers apart, without a single doubt. Keep this producer in mind!
Evil Genius chose for a totally different approach, by turning the track into a so called Glitch Hop track. You can’t say that the track is uptempo, but that makes it in this way only better. It looks a lot like dubstep and it booms just like a dubstep track. Definitely worth a listen!
