Dauwd’s track Ikopol is a very interesting piece of electronica that came out about a year ago and flew relatively under the radar. Very ambient and melodic, Ikopol incorporates light vocals with funky tech sounds to be one of the more unique and interesting pieces of music in a few years. What I especially like are the synths in the background which Dauwd loops into a very abrupt, yet melodically interesting rhythm. Refreshing in its unique sound, Dauwd has not released very much post-Ikopol as shown by his Soundcloud. If you have the time please listen to the rest of his music. They are honestly some of the coolest dance pieces you can hear.
