Lupita is an incredibly well done tech house track that uses a very minimalistic approach to the genre while still conveying a strong emotion. To start off, the bass line is interesting and contrasts the melodic approach of the majority of the song by providing some tension and an overall funky undertone to the track. However, once playmodul introduces the synths to the track, it really begins to shine. The articulation of the chords as well as how he uses the various volume levels throughout the song give the track with an odd emotion of something pulling you between sadness and hope. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite tech house tracks and can’t wait to hear more out of playmodul. Included in the Soundcloud link is an area to get the track.
