Max Vangeli feat. Connor Foley – Stay Out [NoFace Records]
Moldovan DJ/producer Max Vangeli has kicked off his new NoFace Records imprint with an impressive variety of sounds. “Shine” was a blissful vocal tune, while “Blow This Club” was an unforgiving bass-heavy track. Now for the third release, Max Vangeli has switched it up yet again, as he brings in vocalist Connor Foley to assist on “Stay Out”. This track kicks off with a feeling that one typically gets from a Martin Solveig track. It has a very upbeat, pop-ish vibe to it that actually works out very well alongside Connor Foley’s vocals. His sound pairs perfectly with energetic guitars, and the chorus is something that is highly infectious. Expect it to get stuck in your head for a while. The drop on “Stay Out” is a very interesting combination of sounds, as Max Vangeli combines an orchestral style of synths together with a dynamic bassline. It’s not the kind of bassline that blows you away with brute force, but rather, the type that has strong nuances and is very danceable. Max Vangeli shows on “Stay Out” that he is a very versatile producer, and that he will not slow down this summer.
